Goppingen, June 15, 2021: Today, the Annual General Meeting of TeamViewer AG took place. Due to the still ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the event was held virtually again for the safety of all participants. Shareholders representing a total of 75.59% of the share capital were present. Together with the shareholders who cast their votes by postal vote, all votes represent 75.62% of the share capital. The shareholders approved all agenda items with a large majority.
